Background

I joined Yorkshire Television back in October 1982 as a trainee cameraman. I remained a member of staff until 1998, by which time I was a lighting cameraman. I then went freelance and have been ever since. I now live in Gloucestershire.

I am a highly skilled and experienced freelance cameraman. At ease with single and multi-camera shoots, both on location and in the studio. I have many of years experience working on a wide variety of drama and documentary programmes, within which my skills as a camera operator, lighting cameraman and an underwater lighting cameraman have been essential. I value opportunities to input creatively, both supporting the director and working as a member of a team.
